Art Fair 2025 | Volunteer Support (various role)

Be part of the Aruba Art Fair 2025, taking place September 5–7, with set-up on September 4 and break down September 9–10. We need reliable, friendly volunteers to help deliver a world-class experience for visitors, artists, and performers. Volunteers can choose their preferred days and shifts after applying.

Volunteer Roles:

• Ticket-Sales Agent – Sell tickets at public entrances and process payments.
• Ticketing Coordinator – Collect and check tickets, coordinate with wristband assistants.
• Digital Ticket Scanner – Scan digital tickets and mobile payments, send guests to wristband assistants.
• Wristband Assistant – Apply wristbands after ticket collection.
• Entrance Guide – Direct guests between ticket purchase and pre-check lines.
• Artist/Staff Entrance – Manage access for artists, performers, and staff, issuing wristbands as needed.
• Info-Point Guide – Provide event information, floor plans, and schedules at designated info points.
• Gallery Steward – Contemporary – Manage visitor flow in the contemporary gallery, engage with visitors.
• Gallery Steward – Youth Art Fair – Manage visitor flow in the contemporary gallery, engage with visitors.
• Bartenders – Serve drinks, restock, and keep the bar clean.
• Parking Coordinator – Direct parking flow, keep lanes clear, ensure pedestrian safety.
• Set-up Crew – Assist with booths, signage, lighting, power/cable runs, and barriers.
• Breakdown Crew – Clear event area, remove temporary structures, sweep hazards.
• Stage Coordinator – Oversee stage area, manage performer check-ins, keep schedule on track, liaise with tech teams.

Dates:

• Set-up: Thursday, September 4
• Event Days: Friday–Sunday, September 5–7
• Breakdown: Tuesday–Wednesday, September 9–10

All volunteers will receive orientation and role-specific guidance before their shift and a participation certificate after completion.
