We are searching for project coordinators to help us guide coaches (project leaders) with their projects for the 14th edition of Aruba Doet.

On May 15 & 16, about 100+ projects will take place for Aruba Doet. Foundations, schools, and sports clubs organize their projects for the biggest volunteer event of the year.

While preparing for Aruba Doet, organizations, and project sites must be visited to ensure they adhere to a successful Aruba Doet project. Some may need some help with setting up and that's where you come in!

A coordinator oversees 6 to 10 projects and visits these organizations before and during Aruba Doet. The organizations need to be contacted occasionally via phone or WhatsApp. They also need to be checked in on to see if everything is going well and whether help is needed.

Your role as a coordinator:

  • To attend a coordinator meeting in March and one in April.
  • To keep in contact with the coaches and help them with any information they might need
  • To fill out info/data in a shared spreadsheet
  • Visit the coaches before Aruba Doet
  • Visit all your projects during Aruba Doet weekend May 15, and May 16, 2026
  • Attend the evaluation meeting at the end of June (TBA).

Would you like to get to know more organizations and new people, visit different Aruba Doet projects, and help us make Aruba Doet even more successful? Then this might be the job for you.
