Wanted: volunteers to assist people with special needs (our 'clients') with the sport of rowing.
Detailed description
Would you like to assist people with special needs (our 'clients') with rowing? In our boat, one 'client' is rowing, one volunteer is rowing, and another is steering. No experience is required. Rowing is easy to learn. It is fun and relaxing to be out on the water in the early hours of the morning, when the water is calm. It is also fun to interact with the mentally challenged.
Time: Saturday mornings between 9 and 11.
Location: Surfside beach, between Barefoot restaurant and Surfside bar and restaurant.
