Summary
You will create the magic with music!Detailed description
Responsible for setting up, tearing down, maintaining, and operating the sound equipment. Being familiar with the sound equipment, tape library, and seminar schedule. Playing the appropriate tapes on cue with sensitivity to volume and timing.To set up the visual equipment and be responsible for this.
Preferably knowledgeable about audio equipment + beamer (visual).
The seminar has various hours, preferably one person. However, we are open to discussing if you have limited time.
11/12 of November: Set up, your role would just be to set up and test run the equipment. The official date and time are being confirmed.
13 to 16th of November, ACE Seminar: Refer to above. The seminar is from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (Refer to above regarding time) On the 16 we close this portion with "family evening" ending at 6:30 pm.
18th of November: From 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, same expectations as mentioned above finalizing with cleaning and packing the equipment for travels.
