About Donkey Sanctuary Aruba

The Donkey Sanctuary Aruba is a nonprofit organization devoted to saving the island's donkeys and educating locals and tourists on their care. Donkeys used to be the main form of transportation on the island, but once cars took over, they were left to wander in the wild. Fortunately, the ones who can no longer fend for themselves due to sickness or injury now have a forever home at this wonderful retreat.
