We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable volunteer to support us with a small but important administrative task of scanning documents.
Our organization is working on improving our record-keeping, and we need a helping hand to scan and digitize a stack of paper-based evaluation forms.
🕒 Time Commitment: One-time, approximately 4 hours
📍 Location: Teresita Center, San Nicolas
📅 When: Flexible within the weeks of july 2025.
What you’ll do:
- Scan paper evaluation forms using our scanner
- Save and organize the digital files as instructed
- Help us maintain a clean and organized archive
This task might be small, but it helps us stay efficient and focused on our core mission of supporting youth and our community. If you're someone who enjoys organizing and has a few hours to spare, we’d love your help!
