We are seeking for 1 or more administrative assistants to help us organize our foundation.
With a small group of volunteers we help as many people as possible who need us, but to ensure everything runs smoothly, we are looking for someone who can help us with a number of administrative tasks. Is there anything you could contribute to?
Phone Communication:
Answering incoming calls. Making outbound calls to clients, sponsors.
Administrative Support:
Assisting with administrative tasks. Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
Correspondence:
Drafting and composing letters, emails, and other written communication for sponsors, clients, and internal purposes.
Walk-In Assistance:
Greeting and assisting walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

For example, in case of illness, to visit a doctor or hospital, with food parcels, assistance after a passing, visits to the KIA or a nursing home. People who normally knock on their family's door, but in this case they are not nearby.
