Summary
We are seeking for 1 or more administrative assistants to help us organize our foundation.
Detailed description
With a small group of volunteers we help as many people as possible who need us, but to ensure everything runs smoothly, we are looking for someone who can help us with a number of administrative tasks. Is there anything you could contribute to?
Phone Communication:
Answering incoming calls. Making outbound calls to clients, sponsors.
Administrative Support:
Assisting with administrative tasks. Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
Correspondence:
Drafting and composing letters, emails, and other written communication for sponsors, clients, and internal purposes.
Walk-In Assistance:
Greeting and assisting walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

We are a social organization that is committed to helping Dominican people living in Aruba who need help. For example, in case of illness, to visit a doctor or hospital, with food parcels, assistance after a passing, visits to the KIA or a nursing home. People who normally knock on their family's door, but in this case they are not nearby.
Courses and lectures are also given. People can sign up to learn foreign languages, computer skills and various other themes. Of course we also organize social and cultural activities so that our members, but also introduces, can enjoy the Dominican culture.
