National Clean-Up Day Aruba VOL. 2 - X Area

After the success of our previous National Clean-Up Day, we are excited to bring the community together again for Volume 2 on Saturday, August 29, 2026!

The first edition showed us how much we, as the Aruban community, together with the visitors, can achieve when we come together to work to improve our island. We also learned valuable lessons from some of the challenges we experienced, and we are using them to make this edition even better and more successful.

This volunteer project focuses on one of the larger cleanup locations in the X area (see location). We are looking for X volunteers to help remove litter, beautify the area, and show what can be achieved when we work together.

What you'll do:

• Pick up litter and small waste.
• Help clean and improve the area.
• Work together with other volunteers from across Aruba.
• Be part of a positive community initiative.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing
• Closed shoes
• A reusable water bottle
• Sun protection (hat, sunscreen)

Gloves, garbage bags, and other cleaning materials will be provided. 

We want National Clean-Up Day to become something we organize more often, learning and improving with every edition.
