Masterclass & Model Casting | Art Fashion

Be part of the behind-the-scenes crew for the ArtFashion 2025 Model Casting on Saturday, August 17.

We are recruiting for the following roles:

1. Social Media Volunteer (1 person)

Dates & Times:

• 15 Aug – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• 16 Aug – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• 17 Aug – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:15 PM to 8:30 PM
• Responsibilities: Capture behind-the-scenes moments, short videos, and key highlights for social media. Must be comfortable using a smartphone or camera for quick content creation.

2. Registration Assistants (3 people)

Date & Time: 17 Aug, 5:15 PM to 8:30 PM

Responsibilities: Check in models against the registration list, confirm pre-registration, issue number/code, and keep the desk organized.

3. Model Guides (3 people)

Date & Time: 17 Aug, 5:15 PM to 8:30 PM

Responsibilities: Direct models between areas, distribute goody bags, and provide water bottles after their walk. Maintain backstage flow.

4. Set-up and Break-down Crew (2 people)

Date & Time: 17 Aug, 5:15 PM to 8:30 PM

Responsibilities: Arrange tables, chairs, signage, and light equipment before the casting starts, and help clear the space afterward. Must be available until 9:00 PM.

Skills & Requirements:

• Friendly, organized, and a team player
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods (especially for guides)
• Able to follow instructions and manage time well
