Art Fair Event - Sept 6, 7, 8 - needs help on one or more dates.

Join our exciting and enthusiastic team at Art Week; this experience will not disappoint you.

Volunteers Needed for Art Fair:

• (8x) Ticket checkers and sales booth.
• (4x) Hosts one for timekeeping for performers, ensuring everything runs smoothly according to schedule. One for the gallery, guiding the guests through the 3 areas, and one for the other areas.
• (3x) Bar attendants
• (1x) DJ assistant
• (3x) Host/Guides for two areas of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly in Rebel Park and Retonde di Movimento.

1. Setting Up: Help arrange booths, displays, and signs to ensure the event area is ready for artists and vendors.

2. Supporting Artists/Vendors: Offer assistance to artists and vendors during the fair by aiding with restocking, guiding them through the event, and addressing any issues.

3. Guiding Guests: Accompany guests around the fair, sharing details about artists, vendors, and event schedules while answering any questions.

4. Cleaning Up: Assist in dismantling booths and displays post-event to ensure a space once the fair concludes.

Get involved in the Art Fair by volunteering for tasks such as managing tickets, assisting guests, and backing up artists. Your contributions will help keep the event running smoothly, allowing you to engage with art and culture while positively impacting the community.
