Be Part of the Action: Open Water Competition Volunteers Wanted!

Do you love sports, teamwork, and unforgettable events?

Join us on March 21 & 22, 2026 and be part of an international open water swimming competition right here in Aruba! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us create an amazing experience for athletes and supporters from across the region.

About the Event

On Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22, we will host the PanAm Aquatics Open Water Qualifier for the CAC Games 2026.

 March 21 – 10K Open Water Swim

 March 22 – 1K, 3K, and 3K Knock Out Sprint

This is a high-energy, international sporting event — and we can’t do it without you!

Volunteer Tasks

You can support the event in one of the following roles:

 Food & Beverage Support (3–4) – Handing out food and drinks

 Athlete Escort (2–3) – Guiding athletes from the call room to the start

 Area Access Support (2) – Managing access between public and athlete areas

 Changing Room Support (2) – Regulating entry at changing rooms

 Entrance Support (3) – Assisting at venue entrances

 Parking Support (if needed) – Assisting with parking flow

Additional Support on land - to be determined
