The program “Nos Amistad” will pay attention to the loneliness of the elderly.Detailed description
De buddys(vrijwilligers die ouderen gaan bezoeken) worden in dit project als "Amistad" benoemd dat vriend of vriendin betekent. Gedurende 12 weken worden de de amistad en de ouderen door een psychosocial Consultant en een begeleidingskundige begeleid door middel van groepsgesprekken. Met de groepsgesprekken willen we vooral de krachten van ouderen zelf benutten. Daarvoor is gelijkwaardigheid belangrijk.
